Do they fit big or small?
They fit a bit bigger so you can have the option to wear with socks. If you are a half size and we don’t have yours available, please size down. Keep in mind that our slides are open-toed and can cover a range of sizes.

Do they cure foot pain?
Our slides of made of premium EVA material and have a 4cm thick cushion that compresses and relaxes your foot with each step.
Cloud Slides also have extra arch support that will be especially helpful to people suffering from foot pain problems like plantar fasciitis, tendonitis, arthritis...
Most of our customers who experience foot pain say they help a lot!

Are they as comfy as they look?
Yes, but sometimes the weather conditions during shipping make them a little stiffer. This is because they are made of compression EVA material, which is exposed to ambient temperature.
Wear them for a week and they will regain their unique softness, or soak them in a little warm water for about 15 minutes. Please be careful when you do this as too warm water might deteriorate the product material.

Are they waterproof?
Yes, you can wear them in any condition. Wear them at the beach, inside the house, in the shower, on a walk etc.

Do these fit wide feet?
Yes, the Cloud Slides fit wide feet.

Are these slides for men or women?
Our slides are unisex and can be worn by both men and women. Please select your style: men or women before placing the order.

What are they made of?
Cloud Slides are made of EVA, for soft compression, comfort and durability.

Are they more stiff than advertised?
The EVA material we use is designed to break in over time, they are supposed to be stiff right when you get them. If you want to skip the “break in” period, then soak them in warm water for about 15 minutes.
Please be careful when you do this as too warm water might deteriorate the product material.

Do they offer arch support?
Yes our slides have arch support, and the material is designed to balance pressure from your feet through to your hips.

Where are you guys located?
Our design team, marketing team, and product rollout team are based in the United States. Our manufacturer is in Asia.
Returns & Exchanges
> What is your return policy?
7 day return policy for defective or damaged product upon arrival. You must ship it back to us and you are responsible for covering the shipping costs.
> I received the wrong size, what do I do?
Ship it back to us, send us the tracking information, once the tracking updates we will send you a new one.
> How do I cancel my order?
If you want to cancel within 12 hours of your order being placed, email us the reason for cancelling with your order number and we will cancel it. If your order has already been processed, you will have to wait until you receive it, then ship it back to us. Once it is shipped back to us we will refund you.

> When will my tracking be updated?
Tracking can take up to 6 days to update, this does not mean that it has not shipped yet. It could be on route to you, sometimes there are just delays in the tracking.
